Project Lead in a large data migration effort to covert existing Vantage CRM to Siebel CRM
Create Test Plans to ensure data validity
Work with Management, BSAs, PMs to establish concise QA Best Practices
Hands on testing of web based Siebel CRM including GUI using IE, Data Migration and
Oracle DB validation
Identify system defects and report them
Work with end users to ensure a smooth transition to Siebel CRM

What's the secret to getting hired at The MathWorks?

Going to start this Fall so I'll tell you all
my experience there.

About the hiring process:
Well there is no secret, not in my experience anyway, this was the sequence of hiring process that I went through
1.) Get into grad school
2.) Go to Mathworks website
3.) Apply for the position
4.)
talked to HR person
5.) technical Interview
6.)wait.......(1 week)
7.)E-Converse with one of the manager
8.)E-Converse + R-Converse with another manager
9.)E-Converse + R-Converse with another manage
10.) E-Converse with HR manager
11.) signed offer letter
So as you have seen the process was straight forward, although only 4 interns were accepted out of ???.
I think I did aced the technical interview, all I can say, is basics are
important, IN ANY SITUATION. I love basics + deductive reasoning
