I served food and beverage in a fondue style restaurant. Duties also included preparing food table side. Full memorization of all orders and menu was required.

When a VIP famous athlete called a few hours before on a very busy Friday night with a large party. My colleague and I had to figure out how to seat them at the peak of the rush without making any of our other customers, who had reservations for weeks, upset. Somehow, we managed to problem solve and move some tables around and everything went surprisingly smoothly. That famous athlete came back almost monthly!...

Ensure fast & courteous customer service and create an excellent first & last impression for all guests. I arranged private party/special event accommodations and of course was responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and taking and confirming reservations. I also assisted managers and/or servers to keep restaurant organized and customers satisfied....
