Experiences at The Money Tree

Maintain customer relations and contact customers with past due accounts, make at least 100 contact/calls per week, average between 80-88% with collecting money, obtain and mail invoices for the customers, research and process customer claims of invoice payment, billing, create monthly customer statements, enforce customer terms and limits, answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up, call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts, and assist with related special projects....
