As a writer for State Department and Signet Bank/First Union contracts, Ms. Brathwaite:
* Wrote user's guides for State Department employees and foreign nationals at embassies and travel agencies throughout the world for the Remote Data Entry System (RDS), Consular Support Tables (CST) database and the Immigrant Diversity Visa (IV/DV) modernized systems. Also wrote documentation for system administrators.
* Wrote documentation for RESOURCE, a Real Estate program for Signet Bank and created the PowerBuilder interface buttons for the application.
* Analyzed processes, data models, and case tool entity-relationship diagrams.
* Created online help using Doc-To-Help and RoboHelp.
* Provided proposal support....
