Learned how to "learn anthing I was challeneged with"

I was heavily involved in the advertising program at Penn State including the National Student Advertising Competition and the Penn State Advertising Club.

I was involved in extensive independent studies in photojournalism, and I completed a minor in Information Sciences and Technology (IST).

I taught classes in the College of IST that focused on multimedia design, podcasting, video production, and Photoshop....

Took courses in journalism

I would say I did very well academically, with a GPA of 3.48. I also developed my social skills by working in groups frequently and being a part of the Greek community.

I completed a comprehensive course load of Advertising classes and minored in Sociology. I gained Advertising Sales experience as an Account Executive for the school newspaper (Daily Collegian), and I was also a member of the Advertising Club and the American Advertising Federation. Finally, I served as Public Relations Chair for my sorority and created relevant publications. I held a part-time job on the side in the midst of these activities....
