Worked follow up to medical claims following up with Regence, PHCS, and all uncontracted insurance bill types. Successfully and consistently met all production requirements. Worked independently to organize a system that functions well enough for me to exceed all production requirements. Fielded questions from co-workers reg. entering patient insurance data into system. Composed documents to aid in training staff....
