How would you describe what you did at The Winter Group?

* Trade Manager: Execute trades for a NYC based trade desk in the secondary mortgage market
* Funded billions of dollars in trades of combined collateral packages ranging from 100K to over 100mm dollars
* Manage valuation and risk management departments, clients, custodians and deadlines to
execute dozens of trades per month
* Data and Collateral Analysis - MS-Excel and Carlisle Group software
* Format, sanitize and upload MS-Excel spreadsheet "tapes" where hundreds of loans are cross-referenced to hundreds of unique fields of information into a Collateral Analysis System (CAS by Carlisle group).
* Analyze tapes for errors then coordinate with customer to correct missing or incorrect data fields before loading clean data into Loan Inventory Management System used for funding and tracking assets and performance
* Run S&P and Global Resource and Risk models against collateral
* Run and analyze version compares against collateral bid vs. settle using market prices and weighted averages
* Maintain and verify client, wiring, loan characteristic and performance data in LIMS
* Customer Relationship - Main Point of Contact to provide customer oriented 30 day transaction
* Assisting with their trade progression in our internal diligence, valuation, collateral, legal and data processes.
* Resolution of any financial pricing or loan kick issues
* Funding- Coordinate with institutional banking partners to fund clients
* Set-up the disbursement for settling trades including the calculation of interest, fees and any immediate por follow-up adjustments.
* Post Settlement Functions - Liaison between the trade desk and customers
* Resolve delinquency issues and putback problems
* Clean data or loan problems for securitization group
