What's one of the projects you worked on at Time Out Travel Guides?

At Time Out I worked as a restaurant critic for the 2007 edition of the Eating and Drinking Guide to Paris. While this was a dream assignment, allowing me to eat and drink in some of the finest establishments the City of Lights has to offer, it was indeed hard work which included significant amounts of research, translating interviews from French into English, and very tight deadlines.... read more
