I mostly did Disbursing for commercial projects and some residential. I would monitor the budget for the sources of income, keep the Sworn Construction Statements in check and pay invoices to contractors and sub contractors. These payments included lien waivers and 1099 reporting. I spoke with banks and owners in this situation to keep things on track. I had many other duties including answering phone calls, auditing, marketing, and helping out other employees where and when needed....
