Persistance....just like the secret to being successfull at TQL. They like for you to get a complete picture of the job before you accept, and kinda try and scare you off. But once you are here you feel like you are part of an essential club of sales pros.

Usually, I get here and the day goes by quickly. It's almost 3:00 and I haven't even had lunch yet, or time to stop and think about it!

I was part of a team that presented a cost reduction initiative that won comapny wide. The project will save the company 10's of thousands of dollars per year.

Mostly transportation industry publications.

The atmosphere. Our company is 9 years old, and we've attained so much, so quickly. Everyone is motivated to make the best of what they're handed.

With almost 700 employees, who knows!

Happy hour, Intramural Sports, Working Out in Our Gym

The one I'm with right now: HR. We've all learned to compliment each others' strengths, and help with area's of improvement.

Some days it's Led Zeppelin, some days it's Jay-Z. Who knows what I'm listening to at any given time!
