How would you describe what you did at Total Systems Services?

Responsible for entering statement information into a mainframe based computer system and reprinting the statement, stuffing the envelopes and hand mailing them out. Monitors daily workflows to ensure quality and service level agreements are met. Various office procedures also handled to include but not limited to the following; filing, updating listings, and providing office support to supervisors. Use of various computer programs to include Office 97 and Lotus Notes. Held position from March 2001 till June 2003 then transferred.... read more

How would you describe what you did at Total Systems Services?

Consults with internal/external customers to aid in the monitoring and reporting of performance and adherence to client service level agreements. Works with Sales and Legal in achieving the strategic negotiation of contracts. Designs/Maintains Access Databases and Excel Spreadsheets for external and internal reporting. Provides training to coworkers on using the programs, systems, and tracking the contractual adherence.
