How would you describe what you did at Trendwest Resorts?

I was on the phone calling existing customers to see if they needed to upgrade their vacation plan.Or what I mean is add more vacation credits to their account so they could have more vacation time!

How would you describe what you did at Trendwest Resorts?

* Added new subsystems to the main reservation system that services over 100,000 owners leading to significant savings. Worked with old legacy system using a form of BASIC in an AIX environment.
* Coordinated, designed and supervised the development of the landmark web-based on-line reservation booking software that was completed ahead of schedule resulting in 20% reduction of calls to the reservation center. Used Java Servlets and JSP while interfacing with DB2.
* Improved and maintained the vitally important front desk check-in application used at 50 Trendwest resorts, leading to more streamlined and workable system resulting in increased productivity and reduced down time. Used VBA and Access in a Windows environment.... read more
