What are the opportunities for advancement at TriCom Technical Services?TriCom is a pretty flat organization. There's basically 3 layers. Administration, Recruiting, and Account Management. All three levels report to me - the owner. So - in terms of professional and more responsibility, there is not a lot of advancement but in regard to $$$ there definitely is ...
