1. Provide support for Loan Quest (Loan Origination System), Broker Management System (BMS), and Business Objects for management reporting. 2. Provide management, maintenance, training and support for the company's high availability, converged voice and data networks (VOIP). 3. Develop, maintain and implement standards, policies and procedures ensuring authorized systems use and compliance with regulatory requirements. 4. Manage third party vendors who provide data and voice communication services to ensure cost efficiency and reliability. 5. As directed by Senior Management, provide additional support or analytical resources as it relates to network, software/applications and overall business solutions for Tribeca Wholesale and Retail offices. 6. Manage company expansion projects which require working with building management, electricians, building contractors and architects.
7. Lead the successful merger of the company's voice and data networks during the acquisition of NYMC Wholesale by Tribeca Lending Corporation. Worked with all business units and third party vendors on a seamless handoff and reassignment of services, contracts and leases while minimizing downtime or interruption to the business. 8. Served as Project Manager for numerous initiatives including web-based broker training, redesign of the Tribeca-Wholesale web site, direct mail and marketing campaigns and the phone system integration of all Tribeca Wholesale and Retail divisions. 9. Collaborated with Senior IT Management in defining and designing the network infrastructure. 10. Initiated the Business Continuity Steering Committee. Worked with Business unit owners on impact analysis and the drafting of the Wholesale Division Business Continuity Plan. 11. Successfully led and managed the transfer of technology of NY Corporate Post Closing and Servicing departments to Bridgewater. Project was completed on time and under budget. 12.
