How would you describe what you did at Trinity Family Practice?

I was in charge of scheduling tests and follow up appointments for patients, back and front office duties,insurance referrals and eligibility, heavy phone contact, OSHA Coordinator, and obtaining tests results when they were not received in a timely manner.
