Organizing charts so if you need something you can find it quick. Retyping Resident and Employee packett.

First of the month getting insurance cards in mail making sure they are filed. Daily census report who is in and out of the building. putting times and dates in quick care program.

Receptionist. Put employee files together and pull them when they quit. Put resient files together and pull them when they expire. Filing, answer phone. Quickcare program. Enter resident in the Quickcare program. Postage machine. Mail.

You must past a drug test and qualify for the job your applying for.
