What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at U.S Army Reserves?

The funniest thing that happened to me in the reserves was when we were training on react to enemy ambush. I was the most important person in the squad, we were ambushed by the enemy (simulated) everyone had to jump into the vehicle to lay down cover fire so that I can get into the vehicle.
Well as soon as I got in the vehicle, the driver took off going up a steep hill, as soon as he hit the gas, I flew out of the back of the truck holding onto the tailgate so I dont fall completely off. Eventually after about 5 seconds I had to let go. Even tho I ended up breaking my foot in 3 places and didnt know for a couple weeks, it was still pretty funny how it all happened.... read more
