What are the most challenging aspects of your job at U.S. Army?

That alot of people are reluctant to change and that they don't know what they don't know. The job of Equal Opportunity Advisor is to try and educate them on what it is that they don't know about other cultures, about and themselves

What's the secret to getting hired at U.S. Army?

The desire to do something for your country and the willingness to make personnal sacrafices is the first secret to becoming a member of one of the greatest teams in the United States. I would say the second is the willingness to travel the world and learn about other cultures.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at U.S. Army?

Hard to maintain a family in the military, I was working 12 hours shifts sometimes and I was on call 24/7, I went over seas to Korea for a year, I remember i was working from 5 AM Physical Training to 10 PM.
