I started in Sales at USCC and quickly made the leap to leadership. My final position there was as a Store Manager. I took a store that was lacking in many areas and made it in to one of the best in the state. I took a team that was unmotivated and underperforming to the top. I developed leaders out of people I was told should be removed and I inspired a new generation of leaders at USCC. Six of my former employees are now Store Managers at USCC....

The secret to getting hired at USCC can be summed up in one word. PASSION. show your passion for what you do in your interview and the pieces will fall in to place. US Cellular is a company driven by a man who is very passionate. Jack Rooney loves the company and his people. The leadership at USCC is some of the best I have ever had the priviledge to work with.
