Go into every situation with an open-mind. Be flexable in your ideas and beliefs and you will learn things you thought you knew or took for granted.

The most important things I learned were my strengths and weaknesses, and knowing what right looks like.

I loved waking up and going to work.

I loved the unknown challenges a new day would bring.

I loved the feeling of training people and see them use that training and then pass it on.

Training. I constantly asked myself if I trained my personnel enough and how I could make it better.

In an ever changing environment, trying to understand what your supervisor's supervisor intent is.

Learning to disseminate information to the lowest level, so each person knows what is expected of them and feels that are playing a key role in tasks.

Learning my weaknesses and addressing them in a positive manner.

Getting a phone call in the middle of the night and having to react effectively....

My time in the Army wasrewarding because of all that I learned, places I have been, and people I have met.

Challenging, because there were times when you had to do a task that was hard or you didn't want to do, and you had to motivate yourself to do it.

Stressful because of the long hours; learning tasks with little to no supervision; last minute deadlines.

Fun. because I love a challenge. I thrive on the stress of learning something new, and adapting to last minute changes.....
