How would you describe what you did at US Department of the Navy (contractor)?

Sub-contracted by Jacobs Engineering ASG to help develop a high-level ITIL oversight strategy for NMCI (the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet) at SPAWAR (the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command) in San Diego. As part of this initiative, I composed a comprehensive best practices Compendium and Program Performance Specification defining the desired ITSM end-state in preparation for a discovery initiative and gap analysis of services provided by government contractors as well as civilian employees and military personnel, including best practices presented by ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, Lean Six Sigma, ITUP (the IBM Tivoli Unified Process), and MOF (the Microsoft Operations Framework).... read more
