How would you describe what you did at US Xchange?

* Responsible for ensuring that all US Xchange products, including Local, Long Distance, Toll Free, Dedicated, Data, Paging, Wholesale and Internet services, are billed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Managed a large team of 45 employees in the credit, billing and collections
department.
* Developed and managed the following billing system processes: AMA to EMR conversions, RBOC reseller usage mediation, usage rating, taxing, discounting, bill calculation, formatting and printing.
* Developed and executed strategies for limiting US Xchange uncollectibles. Responsible for all credit and accounts receivable policies, procedures and operations, including authorizing credit, managing lock box operations and collecting past-due dollars.
