What are the most challenging aspects of your job at USA Mobility Wireless?

Always being able to satisfy the customer and get a quick resolution to their problem. Working for a wireless company in a time when everything is wireless people want immediate resolution. Althought challenging I do enjoy the outcome when I can give them what they want.
