How would you describe what you did at UUNET Technologies?

* Oversaw a team of engineers in IP Systems Qualification group, which is responsible for testing and qualifying routers and interfaces including beta products for use in UUNET's backbone.
* Identified and resolved technical issues with team members, peers, senior personnel and/or engineers from vendors.
* Performed tests against specific functionality, interoperability and performance requirements.
* Provided presentations of the test results to managers and offered recommendations in technical reports.
* Past projects include qualifying Gigabit Ethernet interfaces for Cisco 7513/12008 router, PacketEngine PR-5200 and Juniper M40 router; Kentrox DataSmart IDSU; 12-port DS3 line card for Cisco 12008 router; certifying routers for Y2K compliance.... read more
