A fine dining restaurant establishment where I held several positions. I began working behind the bar as a bar back and became a co-bartender shortly after. I also did office duties such as menu production, inventory of liquor, wine, and food, and product storage and upkeep. They had a wine list recognized by top magazines and carried a stock of 200 which I managed. I worked here on and off from 2000 - 2002....
