How would you describe what you did at Undercurrant/Caprice Bistro?

A fine dining restaurant establishment where I held several positions. I began working behind the bar as a bar back and became a co-bartender shortly after. I also did office duties such as menu production, inventory of liquor, wine, and food, and product storage and upkeep.
