As Co-Manager, I was the head of sales. I motivated sales associates and maintained client information. I was also in charge of scheduling, organizing and filing paperwork, and creative displays.

This job entails of setting-up of franchisees nationally & be a 'Brand ambassador' to the retail giant. It looked into the operational activities on a day-to-day business through training, merchandising, brand building methodology, Sales & customer acquisition analysis, distribution management etc.
