How would you describe what you did at United Health Group?I am a customer service professional. I assist the senior population with understanding and obtaining much needed drug coverage. This is an espeacially confusing area seeing as how the Medicare Part D plans are new and vary from plan to plan.

What's the secret to getting hired at United Health Group?Honesty. I was asked specific questions about what I would do in certain situations and why I would do whatever it is I chose and I was honest with my answer. In getting a job I think candidates feel like they have to embelish and exaggerate but honesty is the key.

How would you describe what you did at United Health Group?Data entry of medical information for credentialing with insurance companies. Also inclueded data entry, customer service, office 2003, excel, and general office duties.
