How would you describe what you did at United Nations (International Trade Centre)?

Technical consultation for a web-based trade information dissemination tool used
internationally by Trade Support Institutions and governments in more than 160 countries
to support strategic national import/export strategies by providing relevant quantitative
data and qualitative information,
market intelligence and importer/exporter matchmaking
services across 72 product sectors. Key responsibilities: Systems analyses, planning, redesign,
development and implementation using both open-source and Microsoft
technologies. Other responsibilities include regular reporting on system and sub-systems
usage, responding to client queries, development of several front and back-end features
based on gathered feedback
?? Co-ordinating and managing a large-scale systems migration from Paris to Geneva, with
development done in Brazilia ($8 million project financed by Brazil Ministry of Foreign
Affairs). Key responsibilities: Integration of business and data objects, performance
testing and benchmarking, redefining business requirements and ensuring timely
implementation
