Keep up with the interviewer walking pace at all times, because UPS measures everything. It is said that if a person can't keep up with you walking they may not be able to keep up in respects to managing change during challenging times. Always give a firm handshake, but not to strong where you become offensive....

UPS is nototrious for only promoting from within. When I applied I was told I could be a seasonal driver but could not get hired full time. i knew what I was capable of and decided to give it a try. After the Christmas season I was the first person in seven years to be hired full time right of the street....
