How would you describe what you did at United Parcel Service-Elm Grove Hub?

During the christmas hoildays of 2005 and 2006, I was responsible for meeting the drivers at the locations, and assist the drivers in delivering and/or picking up packages from customers. Often times I used the DIAD boards to scan in packages for each stop required.
