What are the three best things about working at United States Air Force?

The three best things about my time in the Air force are easy to think of. The satisfaction I got from working hard and the fact that it did not go unnoticed. Achievements are greatly rewarded both by leadership, and personally. The second thing is the friends. I made the best friends of my life in there. Under difficult situations, people tend to stick together and bond strongly. i love my friends i made in there to this day and we will aways remain close at heart. GREAT TIMES!!!!!!, if you were in the military, you know exactly what i mean..! And third. Plain and simple. The experience itself. By far the best job I could ever have. Great learning experience about both knowledge and my own self. I learned a lot about what i can and cannot do. But, most of all, i had a confidence i could never match anywhere else. I miss it everyday... well, not all of it....haha.... read more

That is part of the reason I got out. I just couldn't see leaving my son for 6 months at a time.... read more

To become a good leader, you must learn to follow. This was the main principle I learned. You cannot tell anyone to do something you've never done or go anywhere you've never gone.
