Experiences at University of California, Riverside

I was hired on at UCR to assist in the development of web technologies in order to enhance and facilitate experimental planning, resource sharing and data integration services in the laboratory of Dr. Karine Le Roch, a world expert in malaria genomics.

I attended school full time while working full time to put myself thru school.

* Administer online staff collaboration portal, used to promote efficiency and communication among department staff; train new users on portal usage

Finished with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

I attended classes in the evening on a continuous basis. Whenever I needed specialized skills for a project, I would take a class at the local university or buy books on the subject.
