Experiences at University of Helsinki

The lunches were strangely impressive, considering my only experience with "school food" has been the one or two times I've gone to the cafeterias at my home university, the U of M(innesota). A lot of the stuff they served were perhaps just typical fanfare for Finland, but to me it was amazing! I guess what was impressive was that I could find something to eat no matter what day it was, and there was always something vegetarian. It's kind of difficult to describe what the variety of foods that could be found there, but lets at least say it was more than the typical pizza, spaghetti and potatoes, good though those may all be, there's nothing like a larger variety to make the day progress... Especially if it's cheap! ;)...
