Chief responsibility pertains to System Administration and Network Maintenance throughout the campus under UNIX platform (FEDORA CORE 3.0 / 4.0 / 5.0 / 6.0, RHEL 3.0 / 4.0 , SOLARIS 9.0 / 10.0).
Handling maintenance for Internal LAN that is connected to the Internet through Fibre Optics and connected to SIT and other TIG Resource Centres.
Also managing internal development of Campus Applications through necessary software.
Modifying systems to suit staff and students by changing the script of Proxy Server and Firewall according to the situation and also maintaining secure server from outside the campus through firewall.

Platform: HTML, PHP, MY SQL
Developed the web based System using LAMP technology. It's an Integrated Learning Management System, which includes the Library Management System, routine maintenance, work monitoring, attendance authentication of staff & students using Smart Cards, access of resources over Internet to students and staff with authentication....
