Area of concentration: public relations and integrated communications.

Received MME degree

I was actively involved in student organizations including World Echoes (multicultural student organization)l, PRSSA and Sigma Delta Pi (Spanish Honor Society). I traveled overseas to study in Spain and also earned the Public Relations Student of the Year award.

Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity

Completed a Bachelors degree in Development, Family Studies and Early Childhood with a minor in Sociology.

Figured out that I wanted to get out of Texas and explore

Wrote portrait gallery section of the InHouse newsletter, got several of my articles published and helped the director of communications with various projects.

I received the full range of artistic training; both commercial and fine, brushes and software, hammers and history. Explored various media and the range of my intellectual and creative abilities.

*Visual Arts: Design, Drawing, Sculpture, 2D & 3D Computer Graphics, Game Design, Web Design, Visual Art and Architectural History.
*Engineering Technology: Residential Architectural Engineering and Design, CADD Drafting, Construction Methods and Materials, Project Scheduling, Transportation Engineering and GIS.
*Biological Sciences: Biology, Microbiology, Physical Anthropology, Botany, and Ecology....

To receive this degree I took classes in news writing, feature writing, advertising, graphic design, public relations case studies, campaign development, marketing, management and media ethics.
