What are the most challenging aspects of your job at University of San Francisco School of Law?

Handling the underlying competitiveness from a few fellow students and the psychological games that were used to attempt to create uncertainty. Disparaging remarks of one sort or another that were based on racial stereotypes regarding inadequacies came from a very small number of students, and a couple of administrators. It was small change. The strength came from knowing your subject and yourself. Reinforcement came from instructors who saw the ability and recommended study pairing.

I guess the biggest challenge, though, was time management in order to study enough to stay on top of all the reading and analysis that was required.

Studied basic subjects for a first- and second-year evening law student.

Became involved with production of and writing for the law school newsletter.

Wrote to the law journal competition.
