During the Strategic Management Consulting project (the Capstone Course) at the Naimoli Institute, I led a group of five strategic management consultants onsite for a four-month contract. I was onsite at the local multinational corporate startup to analyze its inner workings, its external global environment, and current strategies. My team's study yielded a 245-page Strategic Analysis Report and 65 overall recommendations....
