What advice would you give to a new employee at University of Washington Medical Center? As an RN, I would say to sit down and look at what you want. Yes- you. There are so many departments at UWMC, and even if the job you want isn't currently posted (or says it isn't hiring new grads) there is most likely a place for you in each of them.
