Developed and implemented strategic hiring plans for functional departments including, Executive Level Positions, Financial Resources/Investments, Underwriting, Facilities Management, Legal, Human Resources, Customer Services, Claims, I.T. , Sales and Marketing resulting in hires in excess of 1,000 positions. Instrumental in the reduction of search firm fees of $6 million per year to less than $200,000. Functional Expert for multiple business lines simultaneously in all aspects of staff forecasting, recruitment, retention, employee relations, employment law and other Human Resource issues. Consulted with all levels of management regarding H.R. policies and procedures. Streamlined and consistently reviewed corporate staffing procedures for recruitment.
