* While primarily responsible for the creation of a comprehensive financial model used in assessing a company's value or the viability of potential investment/acquisition opportunities, I also contribute and take part in every facet of a private equity transaction, including opportunity evaluation, diligence, comprehensive company/asset valuations, terms and contract negotiations, and presentations to senior management ranging from $5-25MM per transaction.
* Interact with CEOs and senior management on a daily basis, reporting to and working directly with my Company's CFO.
* M&A experience consist of numerous healthcare-related transactions, including hospital purchases of both the operational as well as the associated real estate in the deal. I also have first-hand experience in international petroleum-based fracturing operations valuations and financial projections, Brazilian and US ethanol investment evaluations and financial projections, and negotiating the terms and conditions related to the debt financing for a $4.5MM piece of equipment....
