Deploying a nationwide ERP-Oracle process. The development process took over 4 years to finalize. It combined 6 operating systems into 1. Each business unit was involved in intimately shaping the mechanics of the new system, which meant each business unit had to create and execute change strategies for all personnel. Every aspect of the business was streamlined which meant the "old way" of doing business was no longer exceptable. Even hourly floor associates with no computer training had to be trained and educated on technological improvements, documents, codes as well as the urgency for real time data entry activities....

Building credible plans for cultural evolution. The direct mail business has no established world class assessment tools that specifically identify "best in class" as a whole. Our go-forward plan had to consider current to future evolution and how we positively create the right environment so that people embraced the future....

Multitasking. I acted as a leader, coach, mentor, facilitator, financial steward and supporter of business optimization plans.
