How would you describe what you did at Valenzuela City Government - Philippines?

(Team Leader) Lead the roll out of the implementation of the biggest computerization project of the City government, the computerization of the Tax Collection System, Assessor's office, treasury, accounting, payroll system, engineering office, health office, and land registration office using a third party Progress Technology developer, planning, coordination, recommendation, and implementation. The project took about one year to finish connecting all department's link. The budget was about $ 285,700.
??? Implementation of the Biometrics Finger Trak System, a device that scans the finger prints of employees and course it to the payroll system and HRIS for processing using the F4 BISBIO FINGER TRACKING from Malaysia. The budget for this project was $ 7,142.
??? Implementation of the Local Area Network System of the City Government connecting all departments. The budget for this project was $ 38,095.
??? Implementation of the Structured Cabling for the new Government Centre and a PABX System thru a third party contractor, supervision, recommendation, planning, and coordination. The project took about three months and another one month for the final turn over. The budget for this project was $ 154,761.
??? Implementation of wireless link from the old building to the new building with a length of half kilometer using the Falcon Wireless technology. The project took about 15 days. The budget for this project was $ 2,857.
??? Computerization of the other departments such as the Property Department, warehousing system and inventory system, Tricycle Regulatory Department, Social Welfare and Development, Public Employment Service Office, and Department of Trade and industry office, using the Visual Basic 6 and SQL 2000. The project took about eight months, planning, system design, coordination, and implementation. The budget for this project was $ 5,952.
??? Implementation and roll out of the City High School Computer Laboratory for the students using the MU Link PC wherein for every laboratory only 8 CPU and 40 monitors. For every one CPU accommodates 5 monitors simultaneously used by students. The project took about three months. The budget for this project was $ 226,190.
