Experiences at Vazcom Communications

Challenging and rewarding. I had never sold anything over the phone previously. So I did research and kept trying. I also read books to help me grow and learn this new profession. Within 3 months time, I was the newest employee and the top producer of new prospects in the entire Sales Coordinator Department. This entailed me calling once, or numerous times to the correct contact within an organization and once having the chance to talk to them, I was able to get an appointment for a sales rep to present Vazcom's products and services....

Being a loyal, dedicated team member. To not be afraid of taking a risk and to truly believe in yourself. Demonstrate that you are hungry and passionate about what you are doing/selling. Vazcom encourages self development. Thru the books they have encouraged their employees to read, this has become one of the greatest assets that I have added to my life.
