Experiences at Ventana Medical Systems

Ventana is growing due to its recent acquisition by Roche. I don't think there's any real secret to being considered provided you have what they are looking for. However, each department has its own HR recruiter. If you can call Ventana in Tucson and find out who the recruiter is, you might have a better chance of getting your resume to stand out....

This position was contracted through Randstad Work Solutions. My job duties were working as part of a team to assemble medical diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices were very important.

Responsible for P&L, conversion costs. Oversee manufacturing supervisors. Involved in lean improvement events, line leveling, 5S. Address CAPAs, Failure investigations, in charge of creating training program for factory floor.
