What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Verizon?The Force Administrator Specialists are required to meet contractual obligations with outside Vendors on a daily and monthly basis. What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Verizon?We were required to work numerous shifts, 6:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-Midnight, weekends and holidays. It proved to be an experience I had learned to enjoy. The high-paced working environment and juggling a personal life was hard but an exceptional learning process.

What's the secret to getting hired at Verizon?I took the test requirements and was the only individual to pass. Once I got my foot in the door, I knew my career path ahead of time and was very quickly promoted to Management. My loyalty and integrity to the company has proven itself. I have never missed a day of work in 5 years.
