How did you find your job at Verizon?I was a contractor through Kelly Services for Verizon. Verizon started hiring and with that I put in my resume and was called to test, passed and hired.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Verizon?The best advice I would give to a new employee is to mind your manners, be respectful, stay away from gossip and learn how to manage your time when it comes to meeting deadlines; put your best foot forward.

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Verizon?I would have to say the toughest problem I had to solve was trying to figure a way to simplify a report that had over five thousand accounts and get it distributed by a certain time frame to the associates to work.
