How would you describe what you did at Verizon FNS?

Worked both collaboratively and independently. Every project is different and requires a great deal of flexibility and interpersonal kills in order to build relationships with stakeholder from all rhelms of the business. What's the secret to getting hired at Verizon FNS?

The secret to getting into Verizon FNS is to create an opportunity for management to observe a unique and needed competency in the candidate. There are many consulting companies on the inside that can gain access to hiring managers; however, a person must have something very unique to offer that is in high demand or solves very difficult problems. For example, I brought 20 years of Nortel carrier-grade systems and pre-sales engineering to the table. Along with that, I had to be able to manage my resources and projects.
