What was your major and how applicable is it to your position at Verizon Wireless?Marketing and it is applicable because I can actually take a service that we have and explain to a mother on how to keep tabs on their children while having a piece of mind. What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at Verizon Wireless?A customer accidentally paved his driveway and his phone at the same time. So there was a huge lump in his driveway and it would still ring when you called it. He had a great sense of humor since he was the one who did it.
