A customer accidentally paved his driveway and his phone at the same time. So there was a huge lump in his driveway and it would still ring when you called it. He had a great sense of humor since he was the one who did it.

Mostly Verizon Employee blogs through our intranet.

The team I have now. We are a family and we have fun working as a team!

A relative who works for Verizon advised a manager about my skills and I applied because of the interest they had in me.
