What's the secret to getting hired at Vertis Communications?

Being able to adapt from working on "High End" retouching to very fast, heavy pressure and set deadlines. In order to work in this mode, I had to completely change my form of thinking in terms of retouching. I also learned more interactive approaches to the CS2 Suite for much faster turnarounds.
