Recruited initially as Human Resources Manager by Visions Corporation, a Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution company for Lens Crafters and Pearle Vision. Promoted in 1991 to Director of Human Resources. Directed four departments in all phases of Recruiting, Compensation, Employee Benefits and Employee Relations.
